請問美國架站zone record及ip問題

小妹我對網頁很不熟,如果問題很白痴,請不要見怪...

請問zone record是要確定目前架站者的位置嗎？會保留以前的記錄嗎？如何讓網站繼續留在美國？

我之前在美國時曾利用godaddy做了一個網站用說明我當初在美國提供的服務
後來回到亞州過不久後發現有人利用我的網站名稱在各大社交媒體發言(對方有自己名字的網站,但會加上我的網站名稱）
所以我在網頁上寫的網站內容是我在美國時就做的..我回亞州經過1年都沒事..網頁也都在
但最近各大社交媒體把對方帳號關掉.godaddy也把我網站關掉要我重修zone record..回去看網站仍在但是以前內容都不在.並修改內容時發現無法在發表
問了godaddy.godaddy回答要我重修
Zone File Editor for the domain name you want to update.

他的解釋是
it appears the "@" A record for ＸＸＸ.COM has not been configured
to point the IP address on your Website Builder plan.
If your website isn't displaying live on the Internet,
you might need to modify your Website Builder account's IP address.
You need your IP address to edit your domain name's A record and point to your website.

我想問的是edit zone file edit是正常的嗎？ (godaddy說很正常因為有agent.但為啥我之前回亞州都沒事）

一般在美國架站如何讓ip來源在美國？
